It was a great location for teenage kids, which is exactly. A large family vacation with six adults and six children. The Flo Rider, and wired lounge were a big hit.

The staff and food were exceptional! The hotel room had a great view of the beach and surrounding areas, as well as there was very good access to the beach front, pools and town centre. My children enjoyed the game room as well.

It’s a wow , staff was friendly, very very clean food was excellent extremely good mini bar was free, I would recommend it it’s one off the hotels party , drinks on the house ,beach front was clean all surrounding areas all the facilities was so good massage ,therapy,excellent combo,fabulous indeed I couldn’t complain about a thing enjoy myself to the max wish I had more time the ambience was lovely ,decor and well bright and Jason was very helpful well spoken, wine& spirit Italian restaurant, all variety off food was in the restaurant to choose from . You name it they got . Only one small the bath robe logo could be abit bigger. Smile)

The location was stunning, the beach was beautiful, and the staff embodied an authentic Jamaican vibe—it was amazing! Jamaicans have a laid-back attitude, and to truly enjoy the experience, you have to embrace their Bob Marley-inspired energy. I loved that this hotel is one of the few in the world that still maintains an old-school charm, especially in the Gondola restaurant—don’t lose that special touch! The background reggae music and Bob Marley tunes added to the atmosphere beautifully. The hotel’s app was also excellent for making restaurant reservations and ordering room service

I like that the staff was friendly and that nothing seemed like a bother to them. They were really helpful and offered assistance right throughout without any hesitation.

The food is excellent. The rooms are clean. The layout for all the food options very conveniently positioned. Amenities were great: robe, chocolate, flat iron, blow dryer. Staff is amazing. Now I have to tell you about Chef Otis from the Pier 8 restaurant, exceptional personalised service and made the best steak ever. He visited with us as we were celebrating a birthday, even participated in singing for us. Davian in main dining. Service with class from Alwayne in the Gondola restaurant. Tavia and Gabrielle from public relations took care of our decorations and cake.Odane was so accommodating at the Spa. Kenisha Brown booked our spa treatment and even called to ensure all was well. I cannot recall a time I interfaced with so many wonderful people. Definitely a cut above the rest! Thank you all for a wonderful stay!
